The United Kingdom announced on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 more than 10 billion pounds in extra aid for Ukraine.

How it is split

7 billion pounds of economic support over three years.

Why air defense

Who announced it

The announcement comes from the government of Labour prime minister Andy Burnham, who met Zelensky to discuss money and sanctions against Russia.
